Since we established in 2010, Quantum GN has developed a close and successful team that is client focused and adds value to every project.

Katie and Matthew are up and running with their individual consultancies after several years of being employed by organisations big and small.

Katie and Matthew join forces to establish Quantum GN

As the workload and client base increases, Stacey Doyle joins Quantum, and the office will never be quite the same again….

The Quantum team secure two large long-term residential schemes as well as increasing the Monitoring Surveying Client base; all this in the middle of a pandemic!

Sam Redmond and Stacey Doyle both gain their Degrees in Quantity Surveying; Onwards and Upwards!

Katie has broad range of experience gained in over 25 years in the construction and property industry. She is a keep fit fanatic and loves spending time with her family and travelling as much as work permits.

Matthew is a charted surveyor and co-director and owner of Quantum GN.
Matthew has over 35 years experience in the construction and property industry. He enjoys spending time with his family and keeping fit. Matthew is an avid supporter of Manchester City.

Sam joined us from a commercial background and his proved to be a valuable asset to the team with a solid core of commercial and client facing skills. Sam enjoys keeping fit when he is not cooking up his next culinary masterpiece

Stacey joined us from a contracting background. Stacey has a keen eye for details and excellent commercial awareness. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her firends and family.
